Kalyani McCarthy

Kalyani McCarthy is Afghan Relocations Manager at the British Red Cross and has over 10 years’ experience of working with vulnerable migrants, asylum seekers and refugees in the UK. Kalyani joined the British Red Cross in 2017 to set up and manage the national Surviving to Thriving Project to support unaccompanied children and young people aged 11- 25. Prior to this, Kalyani managed and delivered frontline services to asylum seekers and refugees at The Children’s Society and Refugee Action and provided training to professionals.
